Does Beta cap out at Hustler?
No. You start on Hustler for instant setup. As features ship, we progressively upgrade founders to Pro (Match Assist) and Scale (Auto Match) during Beta.
When is match-assist/auto-match coming?
These are the next major features on our roadmap for the Pro and Scale plans. As a Beta founder, you'll be the first to get access as we roll them out.
Do I need to connect my bank?
Not to start. Hustler requires no bank link. Bank connection comes with Pro and Scale during Beta.
How is my admin secured during Beta?
Your dashboard uses a private, unguessable URL instead of a password during Beta. Full user authentication is coming at launch. For bank-linked plans (Pro/Scale), we never handle or store your bank logins; all connections are managed securely by Plaid.
How do payments get confirmed in Hustler?
Your buyer taps the “I’ve Paid” button on their order page. You get a notification and confirm their payment in your dashboard with a single tap. We then instantly email a receipt and update your inventory.
What if the buyer forgets the Order ID or memo?
You can still confirm manually in your admin. Pro/Scale add reconciliation tools and smarter matching for edge cases.
Do you support Venmo or Cash App?
We’re Zelle-first while we validate social-seller workflows. Additional payment methods are on the roadmap.
