Frequently Asked Questions

How does the automatic Zelle matching work?

We use Plaid to securely read your transaction data. When a Zelle payment comes in, we try to match the dollar amount and timestamp to a pending order. For best results, the buyer should include the Order ID in the payment memo.

What if a payment isn't matched automatically?

No problem. The order will sit in your "Pending" list. You can visually confirm the payment in your bank app and then click the "Mark as Paid" button on your dashboard. This still updates inventory and sends the confirmation email.

Do you support Venmo or CashApp?

Not in this initial beta, as we are perfecting the Zelle integration first. Support for Venmo and CashApp is a top priority for future updates, and founding users will be the first to get access.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your admin dashboard is protected by a unique, unguessable URL. We never store your bank login details. Zelle transaction data is handled by Plaid, and order information is automatically deleted after 90 days during the beta period.
